Why companies book here

The Event Tower has meeting and event space designed for corporate events, meetings and team-building, with panoramic Silicon Valley views.

Epic Bar has a full bar and an event catering menu, and five dining venues are on site. That means one venue can cover the welcome drinks, the dinner and the after-party.

The spaces

When the formal part wraps up, your team can move to Epic Bar or Zone 8 Sports Bar & Grill to keep the night going. Gaming is optional and separate from your event, so nobody has to join in to be part of the party.

Pick a space based on guest count and the kind of night you want. You can see all of them on the venues page.

Event Tower VIP Lounge

7th Floor

1,922 sq. ft. (31′ x 61′) with an 18′ ceiling, for up to 80 guests. Chairs and tables, linens, glassware, dishware and silverware are included. Use it for team gatherings, award nights and celebrations.

Holiday parties

If you’re planning a company holiday party in San Jose, send your request as early as you can. Two weeks is the minimum, and earlier gives the coordinator more dates to offer.

Include a backup date. It gives the coordinator room to find you a space even when your first choice is taken.
